Whitney Port & Troian Bellisario both have amazing taste. I personally think Troian rocks this Mandalay dress better, I like her close toed pumps and I think she has the youthful vibe to pull it off.

When I saw this V neck that Emily is wearing I immediately thought “Matix”. For those of you who are not familiar with the brand, it is a surf/skate/snow company which also makes awesome girls clothing a lot of which remind me of Emily’s style.
